I thought I knew enough with my experience using IDS, but I was able to learn more than I ever expected. I would definitely recommend this conference to anyone who uses IDS because you are guaranteed to learn something. It was also nice to have face-to-face access with the techs. The IDS Customer Conference is great for first time customers as well as the veterans. I felt the presentations and hospitality was very well planned. The addition of the computer lab setup was also a great great way to ask questions and learn.

The Lab was a fantastic idea! Seeing new and upcoming ideas and taking ideas from dealership wants/needs was also truly helpful. I felt there were a wide range of topics covered to hold everyone’s interest and I really liked the fact that customer feedback was appreciated. That’s so important when you get everyone together for an even like this and I felt you created the perfect environment.

I would say this conference was very well organized and you could tell that a lot of thought was put into making it a great event. I appreciated all of the topics that were covered and the format of the larger group presentations and smaller “training” sessions really served its purposed. The accommodations were great and I’m glad I made the trip.
