Service: Warranty Manager Now Has MFG Claim No Column

Add Manufacturer’s Claim Number Column in the Claim Manager View

It was requested that Manage Warranty Claims allow for a column in the Detail Grid for the Manufacturer’s Claim Number, even if a Custom View has to be created.

This new feature applies only to G2 Users.

In G2 Service> Manage Warranty Claims, the top Detail Grid should now show a column labeled Mfgr Claim#. This column can be sorted and filtered – see the example below:
