Inventory: Maintain Units Now Shows Quotes from All Locations

G2 – Unit Inventory

Show Sales Quotes and FI Quotes from All Locations in Maintain Units

It was requested that for those Dealerships who share the Unit Inventory between all or a group of Locations, that Maintain Units show all the Sales Quotes and all the FI Quotes for created for that Unit from all Locations.

This feature applies only to G2 Users with multiple Locations that share the Unit Inventory file.

In G2 Sales> Unit Inventory> Maintain Units, enter a Stock# which may have Sales Quotes and /or FI Quotes offered on it. Have the user click on the Sales Information tab.  Note that the Sales Quotes and FI Quotes detail grids will show Quotes from ALL Locations which share the Unit Inventory file – see the example below where SMC and MARINE share the Unit Inventory file:
