Mobile Application Enhancements for Additional Usability

The IDS Mobile Application has been endowed with additional features and refinements in Receive Parts Purchase Order, Parts Counts, Open and Edit Work Orders, Add Jobs to Work Orders, Mechanic Log In, Submit Photos to the Documents Management System, Create a New Lead, and View Unit Inventory and Pricing.

This feature is only available to G2 Users with certain mobile devices certified by IDS Software Engineers.

The Dealership must be signed up and set up with IDS Mobile Service. Users download the IDS Mobile App online from Apple’s iTune store for iPhones and iPads, or from the Google Play Store for Android phones and tablets. The Dealership will be given connection information, which will allow a connection between Authorized User’s mobile devices with the Dealer’s G2 database.
